We have an extensive portfolio of completed projects which consist of the following projects.
The basement was utilized to form the new domestic water services plant room housing cold water storage tank, booster set and hot water generating plant, serving all the newly installed sanitary ware. Heating was provided from a gas fired boiler plant together with an automatic control system.
The old basement boiler room was reutilized as a cold water storage tank room with one of the attached outbuildings forming the new boiler room. The new installation consisted of heating throughout the building provided by radiators, new cold water booster plant and hot water generators serving newly installed sanitary ware to 27 en suite bathrooms and public toilets. Extract ventilation was also provided to each en suite and public toilet areas.
Taylormade MES Ltd were contracted to design, supply and install the mechanical services throughout the building, which consisted of a new heating installation serving under floor heating and radiators, new domestic water services including new hot water plant and heat recovery ventilation systems.
Taylormade MES Ltd carried out the refurbishment of the main boiler plant and heating throughout the main school during the school summer holidays of 2011. Taylormade assumed the role of main contractor on this project for Cambridgeshire County Council.
Taylormade MES Ltd carried out the refurbishment of the main boiler plant to the boarding house during the school summer holidays of 2010. Working as a main contractor for this project and designed by P. Jenks Associates the project involved complete replacement of boilers, pumps, pressurization units, hot water plant, controls and ancillary pipework within the central boiler house.
